This is technically a "resting" shape but it's still a lot of work. If you're looking to build upper body strength or endurance for aerial work come check out Circuit Fitness, every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday. Link in bio for schedule. Even if you're not trying to get upside down our #inversiondiversion and #fittofly classes are a killer core workout. Compared to Cirque It Fitness these classes have more focus on technical drills, but that doesn't make them easy! But don't be intimidated, if you can hang from a bar for 10 seconds you've got what it takes to get in the air. And if you're not there #cirqueitfitness will get you there! If getting more bendy is on your to-do list this year come check out our splits mobility class on Saturday mornings! We'll work on building strength in your legs for active splits.
