We've got good news! @seasundance is now available for private and small group aerial lessons. Join us for handstand study group, Saturdays at 11. Free for members, $5 for everyone else. There are two spots open with @dr.mattheacrobat this Saturday! DM to schedule! Our Tuesday night conditioning class has a new name! Don't be a jabroni, order a Launchpad tank top today! Come practice handstands with us! Our new handstand study group meets Saturdays at 11am. This open gym time will give you a chance to practice your handstands with all the wall space, floor space, and crash mats you need. This is not a structured class but a staff member will be available for spotting. There's still time to sign up for tonight's inversion conditioning class at 7! All levels, link in bio! We've got a fresh filter in the water dispenser, and I'd like to have a word with whomever designed the cover on this thing, which fell on my head 3 times. This is technically a "resting" shape but it's still a lot of work.
